As we all know that High blood Pressure ( hypertension ) is a silent killer , some common ingredient found in your very own home or kitchen are:
- Garlic , i don’t really like this one but very easy to find and cook .
- Celery , four stalks a day can lower your blood pressure.
- Apple , one apple a day keeps the doctors away .
- Sex , i don’t have to explained about this but hypertension can be lowered if you can make yourself relax .
Some things in your home or kitchen that you should avoid if you wanted to reduce your blood pressure .
- Salt , try to reduce your sodium consumption it really helps.
- Fat , Eat less fat / saturated fat , eat more vegetables.
- Alcohol , reduce your drinking habit.
In certain people this tips are really helpful , but if doesn’t affect your blood pressure maybe you should go see the doctor and take some medication.
